At Solace, therapy is about you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. We take an intergrative, relational approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs, experiences and goals. We combine evidence based methods with empathy, insight and lived experience to assist you in:

Strengthening your emotional awareness

Improve communication skills within your interpersonal relationships

Reconnect with your values, joy and sense of purpose

Build new skills in regulation

We do this through trauma-responsive and informed care that meets you where you are at.

Chelsea creates a customised plan for your care, drawing from various therapies such as: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person Centred Therapy, Mindfulness based therapies, Emotion Focussed Therapy, DBT, ACT, Creation and Art in therapy and CBT where useful. This ensures that your therapy experience is not one size fits all.

At Solace, we value authentic connection above all else, this is where change truly happens in therapy.
